2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Up to £35,000 DOE | London (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
We’re working with a well-established IT MSP based in Central London that’s looking to add a 2nd Line Support Engineer to its growing service desk team.
This role would suit someone already working at 2nd line level, or a capable 1st Line Engineer ready for the next step.
Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience in an IT support role (MSP background preferred)
Familiarity with ITIL-based service desk environments
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Windows Server 2016–2022 and Windows 10/11 support
Active Directory administration
Apple OS and Mac support experience
Microsoft Office Suite
Backup tools such as DATTO and Acronis
Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and thin clients
One or more certifications: MS-900, AZ-900, or SC-900
Attributes:

Able to manage workload effectively and work under pressure
Strong customer focus and a professional attitude
Working Hours & Benefits:
7.5 hours per day on a rotating shift (08:00–16:30 / 09:00–17:30 / 09:30–18:00)
