2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Up to £35,000 DOE | London (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)


We’re working with a well-established IT MSP based in Central London that’s looking to add a 2nd Line Support Engineer to its growing service desk team.

This role would suit someone already working at 2nd line level, or a capable 1st Line Engineer ready for the next step.


Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an IT support role (MSP background preferred)

  • Familiarity with ITIL-based service desk environments

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)

  • Windows Server 2016–2022 and Windows 10/11 support

  • Active Directory administration

  • Apple OS and Mac support experience

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Backup tools such as DATTO and Acronis

  • Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and thin clients

  • One or more certifications: MS-900, AZ-900, or SC-900

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • 7.5 hours per day on a rotating shift (08:00–16:30 / 09:00–17:30 / 09:30–18:00)
