Account Manager
Location: On-site in Crewe, Cheshire
A digital agency in Crewe is hiring an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts. The role is focused on relationship management, internal coordination, and spotting opportunities to expand account value.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop client relationships
Run regular client calls and meetings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time
Support onboarding for new clients and projects
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services
Provide updates, advice, and guidance to clients throughout the delivery cycle
Requirements:
Experience in account management or a similar client-facing role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Commercial awareness and confidence in growing account value
Familiarity with digital, marketing, or tech environments
Full-time, office-based in Crewe
Desirable but not essential:
Background in a digital agency, tech or software business
Understanding of knowledge of websites, CMS platforms, or tools like Jira, Slack, or WordPress
