Account Manager with client coordination, delivery support, and commercial awareness required by a digital agency based in Crewe. You’ll manage client relationships across web and software projects, helping guide delivery and identify growth opportunities.
This role spans client service and delivery planning. You'll work with internal teams to deliver websites and software solutions for a wide range of businesses, from initial brief to completion.
Responsibilities:
Manage web and software projects for a range of clients
Plan and coordinate work with internal designers, developers, and testers
Lead client communication, including progress updates and calls
Track usage on support contracts and suggest additional services
Help improve delivery processes and team workflows
Identify upsell opportunities and support the sales team
Essential:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident managing clients and changing priorities
Able to explain technical ideas to non-technical people
Proactive and commercially aware
Background in sales or client management
Able to work full-time on site in Crewe
Desirable:
Experience in a digital agency or software environment
Familiar with tools like JIRA, Slack, or Microsoft Project
Understanding of websites, CMS platforms, or web applications
Degree educated
