Infrastructure Engineer required by a creative services organisation based near to Waterloo Station. Day to day, the Infrastructure Engineer will be primarily responsible for configuring, maintaining and overall administration and support of company wide systems and services, including security and governance. These include hybrid cloud/on premise AD, Google Cloud, O365, Jamf, Intune, Virtual and Physical servers, networking and a range of vendor supported software system integrations. In addition, being part of a small team of 3 will mean helping out with other 3rd line support tickets as needed across a Microsoft and Apple userbase of 200, that include creatives.
The ideal Infrastructure Engineer will have a depth of experience across the systems infrastructure, capable of quickly getting up to speed in order to focus on the projects, one of which includes a total migration to cloud in the next 12/18 months. You'll be confident communicator and team player, happy to down tools when required to help out elsewhere. You'll have strong MS Windows and Apple OS knowledge. Ideally, though not essentially, you'll have ITIL experience, Cyber Essentials and indeed any other relevant qualifications.
