Product Manager with AI, analytics, and UX experience required by a digital product company building large-scale platforms in the sports and media sector. In this role you’ll shape data-led features for tools used by millions of users worldwide.
This fully remote, UK based position sits within an organisation developing consumer-facing products that support responsible engagement with sports data. The team blends the scale of media communities with the pace of a product-led environment, using AI to deliver predictive and personalised user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Own and deliver product roadmap across key data and AI features
Translate user needs into goals, metrics, and prioritised product initiatives
Collaborate across engineering, design, and content teams
Lead product discovery, user testing, and performance optimisation
Apply A/B testing and analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel) to inform decisions
Required:
Ideally at least 2 years’ product management experience in consumer tech, media, or data-driven products
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Confident interpreting data and guiding decisions with insight
Comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical trade-offs
Able to translate complex problems into simple, user-friendly solutions
Decisive thinker with clear communication skills
Collaborative and curious, with experience working across disciplines
Preferred:
Experience with user research and testing methodologies
Interest in applying AI to product features and internal tools
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast experimentation
Interest in sports or related fields like sports betting or sports tech
Experience with analytics-led products
