Software Support Analyst required by a fast growing software house with a range of in demand products that have resulted in several major new business wins recently. As such, they are in need of a keen new member of staff, interesting in learning the system and helping customers overcome their problems with excellent service delivery.
The Software Support Analyst will serve as the first point of call for all customers experiencing problems ranging from basic errors and missing user knowledge to serious glitches requiring developer support. You'll become a product champion as you learn the product user journeys, functions and features, and partner with the technical experts to coordinate solutions.
The right Software Support Analyst candidate will have an excellent phone manner and a friendly service orientated personality. Maybe you've worked in service roles before, such as call centers, retail or hospitality? You'll have a keen interest in technology, and a willingness to learn the products inside and out. Ideally, you'll have some knowledge of SQL. Any CRM database experience would also be useful.
***This is an on-site role, so you must live nearby to Stoke.
