We’re recruiting a Technical Support Analyst for a software company specialising in bespoke systems. This is a 100% office-based role, ideal for someone working in software or application support who enjoys a mix of technical problem-solving and user-facing work.


This role would suit a Software Support Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Product Support Specialist, or a 2nd Line Support Engineer with experience supporting configurable platforms. You’ll be working across SQL, Windows, and database environments, supporting bespoke software used by external clients.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing support tickets and inbound calls using Jira

  • Troubleshooting issues across SQL, Windows, and internal databases

  • Supporting software configuration, setup, and client onboarding

  • Delivering remote user training and documentation

  • Testing and validating fixes and updates before release


What you’ll need:

  • Background in software or application support, ideally with a product-led company

  • Strong SQL, Windows, and database skills

  • Clear, confident communication skills, especially by phone

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and remote access platforms

  • IT degree or similar technical qualification

  • Quick learner with a hands-on, proactive approach
